Plasma-Treated F modified TiO2 impact to enhance the photocatalytic performance of TiO2

چکیده

F modification of titanium dioxide through a plasma method was achieved for the first time. The accomplished by Ar/HF dielectric barrier discharge, including introduction Ti-F bonds, interstitial doping, and substitution doping. characterization results showed that band gap Ar/HF/DBD-TiO2 reduced to 2.78 eV, fluorescence intensity greatly reduced, electron-hole recombination rate reduced. degradation methylene blue modified under visible light reached 92%.
